Whatever happens, it won’t be forever!

We traveled right after my daughter’s first birthday and she wasn’t into anything I downloaded (not surprising under 18 months) or brought really, other than the snacks and the boob. The cap on the hand sanitizer spray bottle kept her busy for like an hour 😂 taking the lid on and off. Also, sticky notes or tape can be fun if your child is into fine motor stuff right now. She did that for a little bit.

My advice would be whatever they’re into now, bring as much of that type of activity as you can. Even if it’s just taking a lid off and on a container you already have 🤷🏼‍♀️

My daughter wasn’t walking on the way there, but really started on the trip, so the flight back was rough. Our fasten seatbelt sign was on the whole time because of weather and she couldn’t walk at all which really made her mad. She eventually slept for a little bit though 🤷🏼‍♀️ If your child is walking or practicing walking, going up and down the aisles can be a great activity!

Whatever happens, it won’t be forever!
